The Griffin School
I got connected to the Griffin School through my friend Adam Wilson, who is a founder of the school and currently it’s director. I watched him put together this school from scratch and was deeply inspired by his vision and tenacity. It eventually spurred me to found AMODA. I had asked him if I could get involved and I taught some classes at the school (Computer Programming in 1998, Web Design in 1999, Art and Music History in 2000). I also helped them put together a Media Arts program in conjunction with AMODA. I’m happy I had the opportunity to be involved with such an amazing and important institution.
